Croissand is realized by Chef William Lim, former Executive Chef of Hilton Hotel, Grand Park City Hall Hotel, and The Warehouse Hotel. He was previously the Corporate Chef for Violet Oon and kickstarted his career with Conrad Hotel. With more than 30 years of experience in the industry, Chef Lim and his partner founded Croissand to bring finest quality fusion dishes to Singapore at affordable prices. Croissand, a play on words Croissant and Sandwiches, boasts a good selection of stuffed croissants ranging from the classic Smoked Salmon Avocado to our local inspired Seafood Otah Mayo.
